Gambling in the United States and around the World

The history of gambling in the United States and the current regulations for online gambling has been a hot topic of debate including every other country around the world. While we have come a long way in the evolution of gambling and have seen how it has changed throughout the years, one thing that hasn't, is the controversy. The UIGEA put a tight noose around US players that wakens the American player with the question 'are we really living in the land of the free?' On the positive side there has been a slow turnaround as a few states have legalized online gambling and is only a matter of time before it reaches other states in the nation. Gambling regulations in other parts of the world have their fair share of legal issues as well as bodies of government determine our gambling rights.
