The LCB Awards is our signature event celebrating excellence in the online gambling world. 

It was created to honor online casino and software brands whose high-quality service made the greatest contributions to the online gambling community and the iGaming industry as a whole. 

After 17 years of continuous presence in the industry and with unparalleled first-hand experience in all matters of casinos and gambling, the LCB team felt it appropriate to establish an international awards event with multiple goals in mind:

• To celebrate individual brands and achievements that took genuine effort, hard work and dedication to the long-term goal of improving the player experience
• To demonstrate and acknowledge new ideas that will lead the industry forward 
• To support, promote and encourage the highest quality online casino and gaming service

Awards Categories

Casino awards are given in six categories:

• Best Online Casino
• Helping Hand
• Rising Star
• Prime Perks
• Live Dealer Games
• Members Choice

There are two additional categories, with awards given for best slot game and best live dealer software of the year:

• Spin Me Round
• Pit Boss 

There are 20 nominated candidates in each category, except 'Members Choice' where there are many nominees for our members to choose from. A single winner is selected in each of the eight categories. 

Candidates are nominated according to multiple requirements and key features which include: a consistently good reputation in the industry without previously registered complaints, warnings or blacklist placements; fair terms and conditions; timely payments; efficient and helpful customer support; high-quality software and games; good promotional and bonus offering. Regarding slot games and live dealer software, candidates are nominated according to technical, gameplay, and payout features. 

Shortlisted nominees are selected by way of voting within a contest with a massive $12,000 prize pool:

• Registered LCB members vote and decide which candidates will be shortlisted; guests/unregistered members can also vote; however, they will not qualify for the random contest draw;
• A jury appointed by LCB finally selects winners between the shortlisted candidates in all categories except Members Choice, in which only LCB members and players have a say.

The LCB Awards 2023

The LCB Awards 2023 is our second event in a row and will take place during a live stream hosted by lcb.org on January 22, 2024, starting at 03:00 am PDT (LA time)/12:00 pm CET/11:00 am UTC. The link to join the live stream will be posted shortly before the start in the dedicated forum topic. 

Voters can vote once a day per category until the end of the contest on December, 31 and collect tickets (raffles) to be placed in a raffle drum. You can vote up to 8 times a day, and you will receive 1 raffle/ticket per 1 vote, so if you vote in all 8 categories, you will receive 8 raffles/tickets total per day. 

A total of 45 contest winners will be selected in a random drawing from the drum and awarded the following cash prizes:

1st prize: $2000

2nd prize: $1000

3rd prize: $1000

4th prize: $750

5th prize: $500

6th - 10th prizes: $250

11th - 45th prizes: $100

Members with the highest number of votes who DON'T receive one of the top 10 prizes in the random prize draw, will qualify for one of 10 consolation prizes from a total pool of $2,000:

9. $100

10. $100

This means that even those voters who receive one of the 35x $100 prizes are eligible for consolation prizes. 

Consolation prizes will be awarded according to the number of votes. Up to 2 members with a matching number of votes can share one of the 10 places and they will each receive a corresponding prize in full. If 3 or more members have a matching number of votes, the corresponding prize will be awarded to the member who first reaches the number of votes. The remaining members who share the same place/prize/number of votes will be awarded the next lower prize.
