I really enjoyed this casino until it came time to withdrawal. They wanted me to provide proof of ownership a prepaid credit card. I sent pics if the card and an online statement showing the transaction. This was not enough for them. I didn't win any money with that deposit in the first place so I don't see how it was relevant....

I had made a deposit via e-transfer and that was the method I deposited and was trying to withdrawal. The should remove the option of prepaid credit cards if they are going to refuse access to winnings. There is no way to have your name on the prepaid credit card I used .

At first I was very enthusiastic about this casino, I showed interest and made a few deposits. After a few sessions I won big. First there were several delays in the payout and after that my account was blocked and there was no reason given. So I don't recommend it.
