I find the game selection quite odd. I mean, there are games from my favorite providers, but you cannot play them with your no dep bonus winnings. Also, in 88 spins I won 10 dollars, and couldn't wager twice on the allowed games.

What happened was I made a deposit of $50 during a weekend with a "Spin the wheel" bonus offer from their promotion link using E-transfer, Usually the deposit should be done within 1 to 2 mins, but I waited over 24 hours and the money was still not credited in my account. I tried to contact their support during their so called working hours both Fri and Sat , but live support was off-line through the weekend. Although the funds shown up Sunday morning finally, but I did not receive the "spin the wheel" bonus in my account at all. I was keep trying to contact them regarding the missing bonus everyday but no one was available online. In Monday, I did receive a $10 bonus in my account ( 888 always offer their player a cashback bonus weekly based on the $ lost previous week.) About 5 days later, 888 finally had someone available online in their live chat section. But after I explained my issue regarding my experience during my last deposit delays, the supporter first said that those $10 cashback bonus was a reimburse to my unsatisfied experience of deposit delay issue, after I told him that I did not receive the spin the wheel bonus either, supporter then changed his words, said the $10 was suppose to cover that bonus I missed. But after I pointed out that such $10 was suppose be a standard cashback benefit anyone should received anyway, the supporter then ignored my concerns and shut down our live chat window completely in the middle of our conversation. That was so rude and I was so shocked on what just happened. I've been played in a lot online casino but I had never experienced anything even close to what I just experienced that day. All I wanted was the bonus that suppose to come with my deposit offer, I do not think it was too much to ask at all, especially after a 24+ hours delayed on my deposit due to their website's system glitch on top. Not to mention, all the bonus spins/credits player received would need at least 50X wagering requirements before turned into cash anyway. (which was a very low chances for any player to achieve). I am not sure why 888 would ruined their reputation on such a small issue to their players. If you do not want the experienced the same thing I did, please take my advice and go elsewhere when it's not too late.

Overall, not a bad place to play at. However, there is something that could be fixed or added. I would love to see you guys having a live chat, hope that one day I could be able to chat with some agents. Would be also nice to see some no-deposit bonuses for new players.

About casino, it have a much better look in the website, idk why they dont improve the looking and interface of sports and poker... :/ anyway, the sports odds are nice, and the poker site is good, the casino too, so i give a 3.9, i dont hope they make changes in the UI, but i always had a great experience here.

Weird casino site. Once i helped a friend of mine, to make a account.. we did it on my mobile phone. Dont know what went wrong, but the new account apparently mixed up with my already existing account yes i can still log in.
