All my balance was wiped out!!!!! I spoke to chat and they send me an email stating that the Winnings of my SECOND deposit, go to the bonus balance of my first deposit. So for a 0.07 bonus balance I lost ALL my winnings I made with my second deposit. I read the terms and nowhere it says that the winnings go to the bonus balance. This is also stated in LCB that they do not have Bonus Terms and Conditions. The worst part is that I replied to their email, send a reminder, spoke to chat and then spoke to chat again, and now, 6 days later, I have yet to get any response at all. They seem to think that crediting the winnings in the bonus balance of previous deposits is normal. Even if it was a normal casino, would have seen this and said: "ok a balance of 0.07 is not worth wiping out the whole deposit" and would have made an effort to give me my money back...
