Overview

Once considered a must-see gaming stop for enthusiastic players and those with great affection for massive slot libraries, Argo Casino is now but a shadow of what it used to be. The brand has hit the slums in January 2022 and is now on our warning list due to slow payouts, delays or no payments at all.

On top of that, the customer support continues to send generic emails with no resolution, and as a result, some of our players have been waiting for 2 months to get their withdrawal in Bitcoin and other currencies. Such unethical business practice is devastating for the casino’s reputation and going rogue isn’t going to solve that status any time soon either.

Established in 2014, with the sole aim of having the biggest collection of video slots games on the internet, Argo offered its clients a new level of entertainment. The idea back then was to win the hearts of customers by launching a new generation of gaming machines and combine their volatility with bonus codes, engaging promotions and out-of-this-world offers, but also to throw in great odds on live sports to spice up the jam.

Argo Casino is owned and operated by JocSolutions Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Curacao and registered in Vredenberg, Netherlands Antilles.

Argo Casino Test

We tested Argo Casino, as a part of our popular project „ From the Players for the Players“. Let's reveal right away that our tester waited more than three months to get paid.

MarijaS had the task to investigate how Argo operates. Her first assignment was to become a member of this betting venue, and she did, on October 27, 2021, after filling out a simple registration form that required selecting the currency she'll use inside this online casino.

Satisfied with the fast and simple registration procedure, MarijaS rushed to the cashier to make her first deposit. Considering that Argo is a crypto-friendly gambling establishment, our tester opted for a secure, private and fast solution- Bitcoin, and deposited $200 worth of BTC.

To simplify the KYC procedure, before depositing, MarijaS uploaded a picture of her passport. The reply from the casino came just a moment after, claiming that the document was uploaded successfully.

With money in her account, and in the mood for playing, our tester went to check out what was on the game table. Then, her problems began. Several games couldn't launch due to unexpected errors. As every clever gambler would do, MarijaS contacted live chat support. The response was instant - our investigator should clear the cache and cookies. Still unable to play the desired titles, she tried to launch games from different providers. Again, no luck. Subsequent to many unsuccessful attempts, MarijaS finally managed to play some games. After two grand winnings, she ended up with $539.26 in her account, which she wanted to withdraw on October 27th, 2021.

MarijaS asked to withdraw her money via Bitcoin, the same method she used to fund her account. The pop-up window informed her that the request was accepted. However, just minutes later, a new message arrived – the request was canceled! Reason? Wagering requirements had not been met, and our tester had to wager $29 more. MarijaS returned to her „ lucky game“ which brought her big winnings, Extra Chilli slot, and made a few more spins.

The second withdrawal attempt happened - unsuccessful. Argo Casino asked for additional documents. Our team member, MarijaS, already tired of multiple issues that had occurred that day, decided to send the document the following day, 28 October 2021.

A day later, the docs were sent, and a notification came that verification results will arrive as fast as possible.

After more than three months and 36 emails sent by MarijaS, the money appeared on her player's account. The amount was higher than requested; $554 in BTC instead of $483.

Integrity/Trustworthiness

This casino opened a support and complaints thread on our forum back in 2016. The official representative was tasked with several brands under the same affiliate network since day one, incuding ZigZag777, ArgoCasino, IviCasino, EgoCasino and Explosino.

Back then, the platfrom was steadily rising to prominence thanks to an incredibly rich portfolio that can easily deliver amazing player experience. Among the biggest names right from the start were NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, ELK, Lighting Box, NextGen, and a host of other highly ranked providers, while the operator’s collection of slots and live casino games grew on a weekly basis.

Customers have also been presented a noteworthy selection of payment systems like Bank Cards, Paypal, Skrill, Neteller, Webmoney, Epayments, Qiwi, Yandex and Bitcoin payments.

What’s more, withdrawals were usually made within 48 hours or faster, but lately...

Slow payouts, delays, or no payments at all are becoming a burning issue at Argo Casino and making players furios about their status. On top of that, the customer support practices sending mainly generic emailswith no resolution or decent explanation. Unfortunately, some of our players have spent 2 months waiting to get their BTC withdrawal...

We can’t help but strongly advise LCB’ers not to play on this site. For the time being, perhaps it’s for the best to avoid other brands linked to this affiliate group, including Explosino, EgoCasino, IviCasino and ZigZag777, at least until we investigate this matter further.

Player Complaints

If you navigate to comments and rankings or the official complaints thread on our forum, you will see that a series of protests have been reported by our players, expressing a great deal of disappointment and making ready for account closure.

According to JennJennca, macur666, Snowbowl and other baited players, it took between4 days up to two months to get paid at Argo Casino. Not only that, the platform asks for BTC verification pages before cashing out!

In addition, our players are dissatisfied with live chat support too, as it provides rude answers and damages the trust with its customers with that attitude and ridicilous requests.

Even after filing a complaint with an ADR, our member, JennJennca, still hasn’t received her payment after waiting 21 days. She strongly suggests everyone not to play here anymore and hopes for a peaceful solution in the upcoming period.

Another player, Snowbowl, has been waiting for their withdrawal for more than 2 months now and friendly advised other fellow LCB’ers to stay away.

Conclusion

After having spent 8 years in this industry as a far-reaching online gaming brand, Argo Casino has sadly turned into a nightmare for players enjoying a great deal of games in one place. Slow payouts, delays or no payments at all, as well as generic emails with no resolution are enough to make even the greatest gaming station rogue, visited by only by naïve and accident opportunists.

Casinos involved in muddy operations cannot expect a bright future on the online gambling market. This is a textbook example of how things go wrong and harm a trustful relationship with clients after years building and preserving it.

Players have been warned and advised not to play at the casino until the operator has solved the abovementioned issues and returned what rightfully belongs to players – hard-won cash.
