I will attempt to be brief, for the full saga, I definitely recommend viewing their complaints and support thread in the forum, as I am definitely not the only one who has experienced an issue. The KYC Process is advertised as “instant”. Mine was not. This might be my fault because I attached a screenshot of the first page of my bank statement. These documents, 3 .jpeg photos and one 228K .pdf totaled 8.08MB of attachments, which their email servers were unable to accept. I had to resize the photos to fit the 1.1MB allotment, which I was able to do. I raised this point of server inadequacy to the casino rep, who tried to spin the blame on “external mail servers or local network relays”. I sent the same data via a different email service with superior data insight, and the blame is 100% on their e-mail server, which is “eternalslots.com” ‘s email server as well. It’s obvious they’re related and I have less-than-stellar things to say about eternal, but I digress. TL;DR: if you are forced to email your verification documents, ensuring total data size per email is 1.1MB or less will save you time and headaches. Their representative also pointed out you can send multiple emails if your attachments are too big, which is true, but should be unnecessary in this day and age, IMO. From the time I sent the correct email size to my official verification (according to Asgard) was approximately 12 hours. Far from horrendous, nowhere near instant. Next, you are required to make a verification deposit of $10, which is fairly standard, And I was not required to play-through that deposit 1x, like several other casinos have required so I will give them point points for that too (That rule is complete bullshit by the way. If you’re making a verification deposit, you should not be forced to play it through one time, Read your terms and conditions carefully to avoid casinos that engage in this kind of nonsense). The cashout time was less than 15 minutes, from my request till it was in my wallet but MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL ONCE YOU REQUEST YOUR WITHDRAWAL. you will need to confirm there before they send it and if you’re not aware of this fact, you’ll be wasting time waiting.
