After being a customer there for years and successfully making several deposits and withdrawals, my account was blocked without any notice after I requested a withdrawal of 50 euros. When I asked, customer support sent me a copy of the T&Cs listing fraudulent practices. Nothing else. I did not cheat and asked for the exact reason, but when I contacted them again, I was told it was a “final management decision” – no explanation. A complaint on another large community platform was unsuccessful because the casino did not make any statement. In the end, I didn't even want to have the winnings paid out (I had given up hope), I just wanted my original deposit back. We're talking about a total of only 58 euros (no, i didn't forget a digit. its not even 60 euros) , but I haven't received a refund from Bao. Not even a response to the complaint, no message, no email, no explanation, ofc no excuse - just nothing. Isn't that sad?

After being a customer there for years and successfully making several deposits and withdrawals, my account was blocked without any notice after I requested a withdrawal of 50 euros. When I asked, customer support sent me a copy of the T&Cs listing fraudulent practices. Nothing else. I did not cheat and asked for the exact reason, but when I contacted them again, I was told it was a “final management decision” – no explanation. A complaint on another large community platform was unsuccessful because the casino did not make any statement. In the end, I didn't even want to have the winnings paid out (I had given up hope), I just wanted my original deposit back. We're talking about a total of only 58 euros (no, i didn't forget a digit. its not even 60 euros) , but I haven't received a refund from Bao. Not even a response to the complaint, no message, no email, no explanation, ofc no excuse - just nothing. Isn't that sad?
