There was an error on their end, which kept me from having my points calculated correctly for a timed promotion. We are talking a lot of wagers I made in a short period of time at low amounts to gain points. When I pointed it out to them, they directly handled it, went through the entire length of the wagers and appropriately fixed the problem in a very short amount of time. There was no attempt to discourage me, no attempt to avoid it. Just easily the best customer service I have ever received during a casino event where the casino had sole discretion and responsibility. I really cannot recommend them enough. For the record, I didn't get any special extras for the error, I am really just this happy about their service because their customer service acted like a business and did their job. My most recent deposits have not gone very well at all, the wrong amount going into my account, a bonus not being credited until I fought for it, and my most recent deposit, i clicked on one of their games, a btc game I have never played or even seen before, little did I know, it would only take 10 spins, at what I thought was .10cents USA currency per spin, wasn't that at all, it took 10 spins and the 25$ USA in btc I had deposited was gone, what?
