Great for years my favorite site now over the last couple of months a drastic change has occurred this casino has literally went to Hell in a handbag. Customer service is horrible. They are rude pushy and take forever to do anything. Now don't get me wrong there are the very very few employees there in customer service that are awesome but the rest of them suck the fight itself sucks anymore I have never had any trouble getting my withdrawals sometimes it has taken longer never longer than 12 hours my issues are with gameplay and their glitches and freezing and they don't do shit about it when I was ripped off for a lot of money and even had screenshots to show them the mistake and I just got to ignored when I sent the screenshots they quit talking to me I got one email from a VIP manager or whatever and it my responded to it immediately I still haven't heard anything back from that and that was almost a month ago but right now today I'm dealing with another issue with them and again about 24 hours ago I had a VIP manager reach out to me and nothing nothing at all no response no nothing

I didn't have a good experience at this casino. I made a small deposit to gain a bonus and made the high playthru only to be put off and finally denied my withdrawal for a bs technicality. I considered it a lesson learned and went elsewhere. Stay away and good luck!
