Each representative tells you a new story as to why after one month they couldn't provide an update. I would not recommend this casino to my worst enemy.

The verification process is too long, there are always errors when trying to make a deposit, and they may block your deposits, if you are not in the mood to pass the verification process, as mine actually. I was a bit surprised that BoVegas is actually accepting players from my country. I am not a fan of RTG casino due my bad experiences with a few of them which lead to losing money, a lot of it. And the only reason they did send it was because of my promise to keep playing big. When I finally requested to close my account they came back and falsely accused me of reversing a deposit from 4 months ago. Of course I did not and even verified that with my bank. The representatives on the chat were threatening (saying I would be globally banned if I didn't "cooperate" with them). It was like dealing with a lone shark or mafia. These people are crooked. There are several good casinos out there. This is not one of them.
