It's not mentioned anywhere on the website that the additional verification process will take up to 10 business days. This doesn't make sense. My account is verified, and I sent them a screenshot of my ecoPayz account. There shouldn't be any problems. This seems to be a tactic to delay processing withdrawal requests.
