I had a really bad experience with it. My account was supposed to be verified, but every option failed. I was always told to try again later. After two months and at least 40 attempts, I had my account deleted because the support team was unfriendly and not at all solution-oriented.

When you play the welcome, you do well, maybe even cash out with a nice 2x your deposit (happened to 2/4 people). After that, incremental wins happen, and so do losses and then you lose your deposit over time. The other consistent experience, was after winning a fair amount, let's say you deposit 300 uBTC and you get lucky and win 1,000 on a spin. Instead of cashing out, you settle in to play awhile. Except nothing hits or if you do pop a bonus round, it gives you the smallest possible result. And it stays that way for your entire session with those winning funds until you are zeroed out. I know, you will say "But they have all these assurances of fair play" and so on. Which is all nice and good, but saying a game has a fair RNG and RTP does not include equality in opportunity or in casino rake percentages and similar back house options. This happened every time. To all four of us. Each of us depositing and playing until we got a good win to test this, over six times. So 24 times it did this in a row. You can gamble there if you want, if you win, take it out immediately. I wouldn't wager there at all if I were you. There is something not right with several of these casinos that give away things, there is a bleed tax for sure. I would really recommend not playing at casinos that offer you "free" spins and "free" faucets and so on. Who do you think pays for those?
