Oddly enough, I have the opposite experience with them from what I'm reading. Customer service is and always has been phenomenal to me. They tell me about loss bonuses that I was oblivious too, unlike the others I play with. I just made my first withdraw so I can't speak on that but I love the employees.

I am surprised when I found this group of casinos here and especially this brand. I only played the new player free chip but when I read that it is blacklisted I stopped to continue playing more. the only salvageable are the rtg type games but it is unfortunate that there are only 2 casinos with this line of games.

Deposited and was supposed to receive 1000 spins. Never received them. Contacted support they said Canada did not receive the 1000 spins. Got no bonus at all. Sucked because I deposited more than I usually do .
