I play here quite often. I actually enjoy this online casino. The only thing i dont like about it is that they do not give out enough player rewards. Ive deposited well over $2000 and i still have not okce had a free bonus when i asked support. That blows my mind.

i was a player at cafe casino for almost 2 and a half years it was my primary casino i had reached level 6 vip which if you play there you know the kinda money that goes into reaching that level of vip and despite my loyalty to the brand they were always penny pinching me or promising returned calls and resolutions to issues that would come up which was frustrating because there was a 6 month period that they did these things to me 11 times i keep good ledgers of my play and they obviously were not used to this because i was lied to so frequently by representatives it became almost laughable. Then one day completely randomly and with out explanation or provocation they simply blocked my accout and i havent played their since and this occured in early to mid 2025 i have followed up and reached out to them often and have tri3ed to have my vip level transfferred to several different casinos and they refuse to provide me wityh any of my play time records their and have lied or simply ignored the requests from at least two seperate casinos who have reached out to them in an attempt to attain my play history or vip level their. i also had brought 9 referrals to their casino so i certainly did my part in the business and patron relationship, sadly thy continue to avoid me and dodge any attempt to get a solid concrete reason that makes any sense at all as to why they terminated my account their. its theonly casino out of the very many im registered at to do such a thing so i offer my experience as ust a thought to be aware of who you maybe be dealing with if cinsidering playing here.

I am a loyal fan of Cafe Casino. I will 9 times out of 10 deposit to Cafe Casino before any other casinos available online. I won an exciting amount of money in the final months of 2024 and I had completed my KYC requirements and had all documents verified already when I won. I was allowed to transfer a pretty large amount of the money to another player which was responsible for referring me to Cafe Casino. The player to player transfer took what seemed to be forever. Withdrawal was smooth, in the form of crypto. I don't like the additional withdrawal methods available called matchpay. Wish more NDB's were available or more common. Only reason I didn't give the other .5 for full 5 star rating. Still my favorite 2 years after introduction!

After trying to make a real money withdrawal, they suddenly banned my account. At the time I was waiting for my new ID to arrive, so I could not upload it right away, but they would not even allow me the chance to wait and submit it. Instead of working with me or giving me a reasonable timeframe, they simply shut me out completely. That is a lousy way to treat a paying player who was more than willing to verify once the proper documents were in hand. It has been about a year and a half since it happened, but the frustration is still there because experiences like that stick with you. I really did enjoy the selection of games and the overall platform, which makes it even more disappointing. If they had handled the situation with more patience and respect, I might still be playing there today. Unfortunately, once a casino shows you they will lock you out instead of working with you, it is hard to ever trust them again.

Had high hopes for Cafe casino. I first heard about them at LCB and saw a few casino rating websites really pushing "marketing" or whatever you would call that to join cafe casino. I didn't have a great experience just based on losing fairly quickly. They don't offer enough bonuses
