Ok where should I start I used my reload bonus on my deposit, after I lost all everything I had deposited. And let me tell you the stipulations are ridiculous . So if you deposit 35 dollars and lose , you get a percentage of that back which is 14 something. Then you have to reach a certain amount in order to actually obtain...

Then you have to reach a certain amount in order to actually obtain this money and it gets switched from your bonus money to actually money AND THEN you'll get 10 times the amount you had originally gotten back. Which equals to 140 or something like that. But let me tell you in order to cash out it has to be at least 200. So basically you're stuck in limbo good luck!

Captain Jack Casino and their "sister" companies all take pride in no customer relations or service, little or no incentives to the customers, slooooowww payouts with drama to even get paid.
