So I had a free promo from email and won again and yep denied withdrawal to many free chips. What! My last transaction was a deposit. Well I guess verification deposits don't count. Whatever they requested the deposit they count at other casinos just more bs. However at this time if they refreshed my acct or whatever I’ve only redeemed one free chip so what’s the issue? They didn’t take my money this time but I’m not playing it! Ridiculous!
