Introduction
Launched in 2021, Casinex online casino is owned and operated by ProgressPlay, boasting not one but two licenses – the MGA in Malta and the UKGC in the UK.
This online betting house offers 128-bit SSL encryption, promising to ensure safe online transactions via a decent number of payment options, from various debit and credit cards to Paypal, PayviaPhone, Trustly, and EcoPayz!
The website brags about offering hundreds of slot machines, many of which come with various Jackpots and numerous casino games and live dealer titles, coming from different software providers, including 1x2 Gaming, BTG, Microgaming, NetEnt, and countless others!
What about design and usability?
As its name suggests, this betting house is all about providing an authentic casino experience, meaning its looks and themes are secondary to its usability! We can confidently say that a real casino player values an offer and a user-friendly feature more!
If that's the case with you as well, then you will appreciate this parlor that comes with a simple design but with all sections and categories that a punter needs!
Load the website, and you will see a huge banner showing the latest promotion awaiting you! The top left corner is reserved for Promotions, Loyalty Rewards, and Customer Support buttons, while by scrolling down, you will be presented with several game categories and all the main information concerning T&C, Deposits, and Withdrawals at the bottom.
Regarding customer support, just click on the two little clouds from the top left corner. You will be transferred to another page showing a nicely-organized FAQ section and two other options for contacting help – email address and live chat!
Now, the most crucial part – bonuses!
Expectedly, the first bonus players are allowed to grab is the matching Welcome bonus offer that will be rewarded to a player when they make their first deposit.
After you lose the newcomer status and play slots and table games frequently, you can choose among several other bonuses, including monthly promotional offers, daily and weekly bonuses rewarding casino spins, points boost, slot leagues, and cashback!
Tip: Players who use Skrill as a payment method cannot use the Welcome bonus offer.
Banking Deposit/Withdrawal
- Deposits made via PayviaPhone carry a processing fee.
- While there are numerous payment methods available, not all are allowed in each country, so check the T&C section carefully before making a deposit.
- Every withdrawal comes with a fee of £2.50.
- Once players complete the wager, they can only transfer 3X what they’ve deposited into real money.
- Low monthly withdrawal limits for those who play under an MGA license.
Games
Casinex online casino offers an excellent game selection from numerous top software providers.
The games are nicely categorized into New, Featured, Slots, Casino, Live, Jackpots, Casual, All, and Favorites.
What's more, if you already know which developer you prefer, you can select it from the downward menu and see what it offers!
When it comes to versatility, you can choose from slots with different themes and pay lines to various blackjack, poker, baccarat titles, scratch cards, and of course, live dealer games!
Here are some of the titles players will find in this library:
Slots: Book of Dead, Starburst, Rainbow Riches, 9 Pots of Gold, Stargate Megaways, Mayhem, Puebla Parade, Forge of Gems, Zillard King, Dazzle Me Megaways, Sumo Spins, 777 Surge, Spin Town, Wild O’clock, Wolf Strike, Butterfly Staxx, Golden Temple, Gigantoonz, Fortune Charm, and many more.
Table Games: European Roulette, Hold’em Poker 3, Monopoly Big Spin, Dragon Tiger, Blazing 7’s Roulette, Casino Solitaire, Bonus Deuces Wild Poker, Baccarat, Aces and Faces, The Vegas Strip Blackjack, Joker Poker, Jacks or Better…
Live Dealer Games: Roulette Lobby, Blackjack Lobby, Baccarat Lobby, Immersive Roulette, Baccarat Squeeze, French Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Lightning Roulette, Auto Roulette, Three Card Poker, and more.
Casual Games: Fruity Flurry, Cut the Grass, Tennis Scratch, Boxes, Snow Scratcher, Wheel of Luck, Pachinko, Go Panda!, Koi Cash, Dream Car Speed, Elefant, Diamond Rush, Gold Rush, Lucky Number x8, Dream Catcher…
Loyalty Program
While there is a certain Reward Scheme, we must say we couldn't find enough information about it, so it remains unknown how players become members.
What they are required to do is climb the ranks in the program by playing various casino titles and then unlock different levels, each offering various perks and bonuses, including casino spins, cash backs, etc.
The more you play, the higher the chance to earn more and better rewards!
Mobile Casino
If you would rather play your favorite games on the go, you will be glad to know the Casinex website works great on mobile devices!
What's more, it appears like this online casino is made for the smaller screens in the first place since its navigation is excellent, allowing quick access to the desired games!
Conclusion
First, Casinex online casino boasts two gaming licenses, which is always a big plus. On top of that, the variety of games is excellent, although the number could have been higher.
Due to numerous daily and weekly promotions and a Loyalty Program, we can say this betting house ticks all the boxes. However, several unfair terms are found under the T&C section, especially when it comes to wagering and withdrawals, so before you register, make sure to examine the rules carefully.
