Had to jump through hoops for apparant kyc verification even though I provided everything correctly the first time. After 2 weeks to finally verify, they say I still have to wait 5 business days for my withdrawal. Pretty disappointing considering other casinos fast verification and payout times.

They didn't care that I had no idea or relationship with the person. So j requested my account be deleted and that's when I realized they don't offer good responsible gaming practices. They make you fill out a form that then takes two business day to process and in it there asking what they can do to get you to stay. Like dudes not cool if I had an addiction issue, which I don't. I have a You A D!CK Issue when you clearing see that there no relation or knowledge of the previous person but stick strictly to you terms and conditions in order to void out winnings. Shame ful. I offered to send them copy of my lease which would show my move in date and lists all the people staying with me.

So when I won LCB kindly reminded me of the rules of the contest and I made a deposit right away. Well, I did really well on that deposit. and ended up requesting a withdrawal. The rather humerous thing is at the same time I had made a deposit on Roaring 21 a few days prior to this deposit and did just as well on that deposit too. So I ended up requesting a withdrawal from this casino at the same time. I sent all the same docs to both casinos for verification and was verified within 48 hours.
