So I sent them links to both videos showing how to claim said bonus funds, links to the pages all over their website advertising these cards and the bonus funds available as soon as you activate this card, and also a copy of the email I received complete with screenshots of everything as well. They admitted the members card was real but refused any kind of bonus to me of any kind, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SKETCHY CHARACTERS .
