If they dont want people to win off the promotions occasionally then they shouldnt even offer them in the 1st place. If i had used even 2 or 3 promos and won every time then sure i can see a reason to remove that option for me but the fact is, it was my 1st and only promotion used on the site and there was no established pattern of winning more then loosing.
