I started a withdrawal request and soon after received follow up on my kyc docs asking for verification of my bitcoin wallet. Oddly they were asking for info that is not available from the provider I used to send crypto. Requesting my crypto address and full name on the same screen shot is not possible. I contacted their support to confirm this. Then when I submitted a video showing me access the info they requested on multiple screens, they completely stopped responding to any of my emails. They don't have live chat but for a few hours each day (apparently before 2pm when I try to reach them), but when I've asked them they were no help any way. So, it looks like they've successfully stolen $ 2300 from me and I'm left with no choice but to trash them every where I can find online to warn others.

This casino is a scam. They haven't paid me my winnings for over a month, and they refuse to give me my deposit either. I made 2 deposits, and they're asking for another one, saying my crypto wallet isn't suitable. Don't deal with them. They don't have a license, it's a fake.

Live chat is as unresponsive as a corpse, no emails from the casino, and my withdrawal is still pending and approaching 12 hours later. I provided my KYC Documention, despite there not being any requests for the information. I nevertheless provided these items in the optional verification menu, within the site, but still nothing but silence. So I would advise you deposit elsewhere, its unlikely you're going to be able to withdrawal here, and you're unable to get in touch with a support agent.

So I reach back to her and let her know the terrible news. And she says I'm working on it. OK. 3 hrs later nothing. So you go to Big Bass Christmas Extreme I believe it is. Probably others with this tab. When it opens there you will find a pragmatic lobby or relay also when its clicked to drop down. Then click on all games or however you choose to find it. I've found it filtering too.. So my conclusion is the free games are nvr put on the game from the coupon. Thats why it doesn't have a picture and doesn't say which one it is. And support had to look it up. You would think if many people used that bonus. There would be many questions about it and they would know it very well. I think if they wanted to do a quick fix for the bonus, just make another coupon for the free games and give it to people until they fix the problem. And maybe try to find a game that USA people can actually play.. Oh and after I told her how I found it. I did notice a game or two I visited now had a banner saying pull tab. maybe a coincidence and I didn't see it earlier. But didnt use a tab on them anyways. Like I said I hope things turn out well.
