This casino sucks plain and simple. Hopefully this is the last round of places running a crappy operation on top of old tired games with zero differentiation from far better competitors like Yabby and Casino Extreme. Avoid this one at all costs.

pretty garbage, minimum withdrawal is 100 and takes forever, support is worthless and their president sent threatening emails when I told them I was going to dispute the charge because they were't sending me my money, never again

Worst of the worst ! Untrustworthy site! The live chat is a joke as well. Do not trust this site with any amount of time, I will never play there again, not even with a free chip, not worth it at all. That’s just my personal opinion based off my own experience!

El Royale does not stand out from the other RTG casinos of its kind. In my opinion the cashout process takes too long and that is super high on my list of priorities

Initially I registered an account here because of an awesome incentive sign up bonus, (which was over a year ago). I have since made several deposits with this establishment over the last 12 months. Last month I tried to make a small withdrawal just to see if they were a legitimate casino. After three weeks of trying to get paid, I said forget it and burned it all back. Mind you the requested withdrawal amount was only $200! Warning … I would not play here because it’s not worth the headache!

One of my very first experiences with a deposit I did on El Royale due to an incredible amount of good advertisements and reviews I saw for them before I figured out how to find good casinos. I hit a max win on Henhouse for 2k, and went to try and submit a withdrawal. Went through the weeks long verification process that I never got completed due to how long it was stalled and the complete lack of response/feedback from live support and email support. Eventually I played off the balance and vowed never to play here again. Can't and won't recommend.

Didnt like that , after i won , i was delayed in the validation. seemed shady to me, i wont deposit again. save yourself the trouble, and find somewhere else to play. i dont agree, with anything less then a same day payout. especially if depositing crypto . goodluck everyone, win big!
