During that time, support kept responding, but always with the same excuses: • “Your withdrawal is in queue” • “Please wait” • “Processing time is 2–5 business days” I even received the following message from their finance department: “Please note that the processing of funds takes 2–5 business days.” This is completely opposite to what the casino advertises. A serious casino does NOT delay €500 withdrawals for 3–4 days after full KYC approval. After playing online for 15 years, I recognize this pattern very well: these are typical delay tactics used by non-reputable casinos to force players to cancel withdrawals and put the money back into the games.
