I've made a deposit in the casino once before and wasn't that impressed because the RTP values seemed extremely low to me. Otherwise there wasn't much to complain about about the casino.

on a 19.6.2020 i tried to use lucky friday bonus code, i was happy to have some money in my account and started to play after the deposit, later a realised, that the code wasnt worked (, again, i think 3rd or 4th time ) i dont know if someone else, has the same problem with the codes at the casino. i contacted the support tem, bla bla bla, they were very kind to me again , but the still repeating the same, i forgot to add the code ( not true, like i said, it was the 3rd time and i took care to click on the button) after a few messages, they told me that the vip department will give me an offer, because the support team cant do nothing, and it was my fault, and sent me the bonus therms. today is 23.6.2020 and no reaction, contacted again the support and gave me 20 spins with 0,05e bet, funny. no offer from the vip department, also my lastn personal manager Aleks wrote me a message, that i will have a new manager, a month ago? and nothing for now. look i know im not the biggest player on the casino, but if i have some money i made a deposit i like casinos, but if they do not respect me , and lying to me when im sure i did everything right , then i can not reccomend this casino, maybe theyre gonna communicate with you and help you, if you have tons of money in your account. im a little bit sad, because a tried to contact them, and asked for cmpensation. suma summarum - the bonus wasnt added, no personal manager for some reason, support lied to me about a message from the vip. dep. , giving me 20 loyality points to shut my mouth off. if someone has the same issue with them, please contact me, its not right, also a small player with small money is a player ho need to be respected.

Be careful with these jokers. They bonus ban you out of no where for no reason AFTER you make a deposit. i even went to live chat and asked them to make sure i qualify for a bonus, they told me yes.
