This is a good casino. The minimum deposit is $25 and there minimum withdrawal is $100. Thats a little high cause if you can deposit $25 you should be able to withdraw $25 . I guess this is because I was perhaps a bit assertive with the customer service rep in regards to asking him if the funds could be flushed so I could avoid the reverse withdrawal period and also because it became a little tense in one of our chats over documents for the cash out. But they paid me and they never want to give me a bonus again. I found out about that later but can only speculate it must have been because they found me difficult to deal with in regards to the Irish Luck no deposit win and cash out. I've heard lots of mixed opinions of this site, and they appear to have some problems maintaining their website and licensing information. Customer support is said to be iffy, and hard to get a hold of. This just might be one of those numerous sites that only cater to the biggest of their big depositors and just ignore anyone not dropping several thousand a day playing there. There are many of these and I find them highly annoying.

so if I were to be asked what is a good casino to try this would be it ! it is so good to its players love the name love the games even the contest or promotions are good for everyone and its sites like this that I stay loyal because a lot of bad sites have really drove down the entire online gaming so good luck all

my experience here was not very impressive i was denied my promotional bonus signing up and my deposit was unappreciated by the site i found out because there was no playback offer given after it was lost and when i asked if i was going to get any bonuses for being a depositing player the chat was very short and rude saying...
my experience here was not very impressive i was denied my promotional bonus signing up and my deposit was unappreciated by the site i found out because there was no playback offer given after it was lost and when i asked if i was going to get any bonuses for being a depositing player the chat was very short and rude saying only "you get one bonus so make another deposit if you want to play" the bonus i got was a 111% deposit bonus with a 35x play through and i think attached a 10x bonus max cashout so many of us players may say that the bonus was worse for my deposit than it was nice to have and at 111% i say someone in this casino needs to do some research and catch up with the competing market they are in because i see no casinos offering such pathetic bonuses unless they are including cashback after play offers or putting no rules on them and this place was keeping all the advantages of bonuses to themselves and being rude as snot to depositing players afterwards. ive not been back since and i wouldnt go back if their cashier even started taking insults as a method to deposit. despicable!

I found the experience here to be the same as all rival casinos I played at. It left me wondering if this was at all legit and if I had played with reall money if I would get paid. I don't know what it is about rival but I never feel secure with them enough to deposit a real money account.

I couldn't with great ease provide all the documents they wanted...this was not their fault it had more to do with my situation...I got them documents which they approved and it took a fair amount of time before the cashout hit my moneybookers or skrill account, but they did pay me and I had never paid them a thing except for some of my time. The point is they have an bonus promotions ban on all my accounts with this casino group. I guess this is because I was perhaps a bit assertive with the customer service rep in regards to asking him if the funds could be flushed so I could avoid the reverse withdrawal period and also because it became a little tense in one of our chats over documents for the cash out. But they paid me and they never want to give me a bonus again. I found out about that later but can only speculate it must have been because they found me difficult to deal with in regards to the Irish Luck no deposit win and cash out. But I recommend them they have integrity and do pay perhaps slowly but that is the way it goes with these types of casino's. I am giving them three stars.

Just like almost every Rival casino this casino too have great games, nice customer support but they are very very slow when it comes to payouts. First you must verify your account with sending them documents and when you do that (that process could also take up to one week) you must wait from 3 to 5 working days to receive...
