The first attempt at deposing I got a message to contact support to finalize my deposit so I did. She told me to try it again and I did but again no luck. She tried to figure out why they wouldn’t go through but she couldn’t find an answer. I’ve used the same card to deposit at other casinos but It just never would go through here for some reason, Oh well.

so far I really like this casino. I haven't had a withdrawal yet but customer service seems to be very friendly and helpful.

I can't understend casino like this. I was open account here and everynthing was ok intil I win some money on no deposit bonus. So far I've loved the play time I've gotten from this casino. My free chip lasted a while. I've even made a simple $10 and $15 deposit last for at least 30 minutes. Which on RTG software is a really good return for such a small deposit. My only minor issue is the lack of 24/7 support. I get not all sites can afford to carry...

Yet I would think for a new place, they would be implementing some sort of support that's open a bit longer. Than being closed 10 hours a day. Also am not impressed with the cashier, as I have submitted verification documents, and haven't gotten a reply back if I'm verified or not yet. Otherwise the biggest positive so far is the long amounts of play time I get.
