I didn't think the casino was tight at all. I actually was able to keep my balance for several days (those NDB wagering requirements always get you....just a matter of how long you can "hang on"). Customer service is excellent. Someone is always there to speak with you, and they are very professional, and not overly "pushy". I'm definitely a fan, too, of the amount of different software providers that they offer, and 1 of them isn't RTG, which is another feather in their cap to be different than 2/3 of the online casino marketplace.

This casino had a slot that seized up and took my money. The slot wouldn't go any further and was draining my money. I had been playing the slot Lava Gold all day. They need to do whats right and refund my money.

I created an account spent over a half hour talking to support because I couldn’t log in just to still not be able to log in and be told it was because I didn’t do my email verification yet the chat disconnected and I still never got any email to verify. I checked all folders and all of my info was correct. I get the promo emails but can’t log in. Messages again just to start all over and get no where.

Seems to be a decent casino in my short time playing here. Have not won or dealt with support so I can't speak on that. Great layout and fun experience so far.

I was informed via David the VIP manager I received an email from a few days prior, that only the free spins were on Betsoft and that I could also choose Nucleus, a company I have never heard of. He also stated that I could play on all slots for Casino Bonuses, which I have email correspondence of. Furthermore, He offered a 300% match bonus and VIP status to me even though I had never played there before and generally make small deposits. I decided what the heck, and decided to make a deposit of 62 dollars or so, which went through just fine. However, once I got the bonus added, which had to be done by David and was not accessible by the player, I noticed that the bonus amount was separate and the only slots I could play were Betsoft slots. My worst nightmare come true, as I only accepted the bonus to NOT play any of their slots. For the record, I consider them the actual worst online slot developer, both for their past and their handling of disputes I have read about recently. David kindly offered to switch it to Nucleus, which I promptly accepted, as even though I didn't know the company, anything was better than Betsoft in my opinion. However, once I started playing their slots, I noticed something odd. They seemed EXACTLY like Betsoft. I have since found out they are basically a carbon-copy of Betsoft in most regards. My dismay and disappointment at this bait and switch of offering me the opportunity to play new slots I haven't tried with a nice bonus, only to find out I can only use my 62 dollars on those slots and have to use the entire bonus on Betsoft or its clone..... And to top all this off, the ONLY RTP I could find listed in any games(which happened to be in Evoplay slots) was 92%. David the host gentleman was cordial and nice, but everything else was terrible. No wonder there are no complaints about withdrawals. How could anyone win at that place with those kinds of RTPs. Im glad I made a small deposit and didn't go crazy. Anyways, happy slotting.

I liked jazz casino. Made a crypto deposit, with no issues. I had a problem with drawling ,because I didn’t win lol. Same day crypto withdrawals.(maybe next time) great selection of game providers and games. I will give it another try….
