To inspect the brand's terms of service, mainly the payout and KYC procedures, we employed our tester Juggaloroscoe to experience all of this first-hand.
He registered an account on August 2, 2021, and immediately after deposited $200 in Bitcoin. According to the Cashier, Bitcoin deposit limits are a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $250. Having funded the account without issues, he then went on to play some RTG slot games.
Lucky streaks eluded him, and his balance dropped down to a little over $50, which is when the tester decided to submit a cashout request for $50 in BTC. Having read that the payout limits for Bitcoin transactions are $50 minimum and $25000 maximum per transaction, with the stated processing time within one day, he requested the cashout assured that he qualifies for withdrawals in accordance with the terms.
However, the payment never went as smoothly as he had hoped. After several declined withdrawals on August 2, 3 and 4, Juggaloroscoe decided to solve this issue once and for all and on August 7 contacted live chat to see what the problem is. Customer support informed him that he needs to send verification documents to a specific email address, including a form that had to be printed, filled out by hand, signed and with a selfie included.
The cashout protocols require players to wager the deposit at least once, provide proof of ID, address, utility bill, bank statement etc. while credit card deposits must include proof of possession.
Our tester felt that the casino should have pointed out, after two unsuccessful withdrawal attempts, that he must verify his identity to proceed. The agent replied that a note was attached to each denied withdrawal, but the tester never found any note in his inbox.
The Terms and Conditions, section Account Verification, state that:
“All withdrawals are subject to audit and are only paid to verified accounts. To verify your account, you will provide us sufficient documentation to prove your identity, complete our verification form and make at least one cash purchase. This cash purchase is for verification purpose only and can be withdrawn with no wagering requirements.
Verification documents may include copies of government-issued photo ID, recent utility bills, credit cards, a signed purchase history, a photograph of yourself holding any of these documents, and/or other appropriate or notarised documentation.”
Eventually, Juggaloroscoe did manage to submit all documents for verification on August 9th. Once approved, he was able to request another cashout and finally received the payment of $49.57 via Bitcoin (meaning a smaller Coinbase fee is include) on August 10th, 2021.

They have the free chip listed on their promotions page as a $100 cash out challenge and let me just say that it is indeed quite the challenge because you can only cash out if you manage to reach exactly $100 no more no less and you would have to do a test deposit for whatever reason I never really understood that rule aside from just an excuse to get you to not withdraw any money on a no deposit bonus without having to first deposit your own money so you don't ever actually get anything completely free but it's pretty standard at most casinos these days. I think if the free chip were just a little bit more I might have had a chance to reach cash out but with only ten bucks I found it too hard. I do like that they have free monthly slot tournaments. I never win those either but they are fun to play at least.

I played the game Asgard Deluxe which is mostly favourite slot game for me especially the free spins. Sometimes reels are filled with wilds and I too got this opportunity when 2 reels are filled with wilds. On above live chat option is available but there is only email contact I found. Depositing method is not favorable for me because Visa and Master cards are not allowed in gaming purposes. Government has put restrictions on them in my region's issuing cards.
