Lucky Ruby Casino & Resort first opened its doors on June 25th, 2015. The facility is located in Kampong Rou, in the region of Svay Rieng Province. The area and its surrounding regions are well-known for its gaming facilities. This one, in particular, is equipped with a small selection of mostly local-inspired Table Games, and a quaint hotel space offering all the necessary amenities. While locals will feel the most at home, the casino does its best to accommodate tourists, featuring a staff fluent in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Indonesian, and Vietnamese. Also on the property is a restaurant, bar, and spa.

When it comes to gaming, this casino offers a limited selection to choose from, which may pose as a downside for tourists. More specifically, the casino is equipped mostly with games which cater to the locals, including Tiger & Dragon, Tai Hiu, Fan Tan, and Bai Buu. Baccarat is one of the only internationally-known games available. Additionally, there are currently no Slot games on offer. Fortunately for tourists, however, the casino features tutorials, which provide information on how to play games that are unfamiliar to them.

A bar is located on site, providing a casual space for individuals to enjoy the company of others, along with any available cocktails from the menu. Additionally, those who are willing to let their hair down a bit, can sing along to their favorite songs via the onsite karaoke.

Unfortunately, players inside the casino will not have access to a rewards program. Points will not be earned for cash wagered on games, in exchange for prizes, and other rewards.
