Casino Club Colonial

Casino Club Colonial serves as one of the pioneers of the casino industry in Costa Rica, having been founded in 1982 when the gaming industry within the country was just starting out. It is considered one of the best gaming facilities in Costa Rica’s capital city of San Jose. In 2005, in order to provide a more complete experience to its guests, the casino built a hotel in an adjacent location, complete with the necessary amenities. This casino does not have a hotel located on site. However, guests can conveniently stay just adjacent to the casino. Casino Club Colonial is affiliated with Sleep Inn Hotel in downtown San Jose, just across the way from the gaming facility. It is equipped with a total of 86, smoke-free rooms. Standard amenities include a coffee maker, television, alarm clock, iron/ironing board, high-speed internet, and more.

Dining

There are two dining options located on the premises. Magnolia Restaurant is open 24 hours daily, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The menu is equipped with diverse offerings, including a variety of meats, seafood, pastas, and desserts, many with a Mediterranean flair. Additionally, Café Colonial is another option, which specializes in quick, affordable bites to grab on-the-go, such as desserts, and premium coffees.

Entertainment/Nightlife

Magnolia Restaurant is also equipped with 24-hour bar service, which means that you can grab a cocktail at any moment while playing your favorite games inside the gaming area. For additional entertainment options, take a break from the gaming, and check out the city of San Jose.

Unfortunately, the casino does not currently offer a rewards program to its guests.
