Le Touquet-Paris-Plage is a French commune in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Nord-Pas-de-Calais. The town has been referred to as ‘the pearl of the Cote d’Opale’, due to its location on the Opal Coast near the English Channel. It has also been called the ‘Garden of La Mancha’, and ‘station of the four seasons’.
