StarWorld Hotel & Galaxy Casino

StarWorld Macau is situated among the center of the entertainment district, the Avenida de Amizade. The hotel boasts 5-star services as part of the Galaxy Entertainment Group, which also runs several other casinos in the region. Gaming

The casino is home to both table and electronic games. Paul Steelman is known as a casino designer around the world and he is responsible for the design in the mass gaming room located on the first level of the hotel. The casino floor occupies 140,000 square feet of space with nearly 500 combined Slot Games and tables. Some of the featured Table Games include Blackjack, Baccarat and Sic Bo. Highrollers seeking a private setting have access to several VIP Clubs located on various floors of the hotel. Each private gaming area is 4,000 to 6,000 square feet and features Table Games with personalized service. VIP areas include restroom, lounge area and dining.

Hotel/Accommodations

Choose from the Deluxe and Executive rooms or Premier and StarWorld Suites. The hotel does allow smoking; however guests can request nonsmoking rooms. Standard amenities include internet access, personal safe, cable TV, bathrobe and slippers plus access to the fitness center and Infinity pool and that’s just the average room. Guests are welcomed into the StarWorld suite with a fruit and win basket, stocked mini bar, newspaper, DVD player and much more.

Dining

Of the five restaurants available in the hotel, there is one that serves international cuisine. Temptations is the place to dine on risotto, ravioli, black truffles, salmon and more. If you’re in search of traditional Chinese dishes there are a few options for you. Enjoy southern Chinese fare at Sensations, traditional Cantonese, Szechuan and Hunan dishes in Laurel, Shanghainese in Jade de Jardin or tastes of Hunan and Sichuan in StarWorld’s Feng Wei Ju.

Entertainment/Nightlife

Hotel guests can take some time out to catch a film in the UA Galaxy Cinema, a 9-screen 3D movie theater from 2pm to 8pm. This is also the place for live performances including live bands and DJ’s.
