Casino Abu Dhabi

Apodaca Centro, 66600 Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico Nuevo Leon (officially the Free and Sovereign State of Neuvo Leon) is located in north eastern Mexico. Look for any number of restaurants dishing up authentic Mexican cuisine, and be sure to try the regional dishes ‘cabrito’ (roasted lamb) or ‘tacos de trompo’ – pork with sweet, spicy, and aromatic ingredients. When looking for breakfast ideas, consider machaca – scrambled eggs with shredded beef, poblano chilli and onions. Tour the city finding your own favourite eateries, or ask hotel and casino staff to point you in the direction of those places nearby that are popular with both locals and tourists.

Try around Barrio Antiguo for bars and clubs, dancing and live music. To kick up your heels to various music genres, there’s Kokoloco. For softer tunes (jazz, blues) and live music, there’s La Tumba. After hours, try Skizzo Electroclub. Local festivals for culture, food, art and crafts include Livestock Fair and the Bella Via Festival. Religious sites include the Metropolitan Cathedral, dating back to the 18th century. Over in the Macoplaza, there’s Fundidora Park, the Museum of the Northwest and the Museum of Mexican History. If you prefer to take in beautiful natural landscape, try mountain climbing, rock climbing, hiking or even camping. Take a boat out into the dam. Check out various canyons and the waterfalls. Take the kids to Sesame Street Amusement Park. If you’re inclined to go shopping, there’s the Macroplaza and Plaza Mexico.
