Sheraton Lima Hotel & Casino

Located in beautiful Miraflores, in what is considered by many to be the cultural centre of Lima, you can find the Sheraton Lima Hotel and Casino. While a nice little all-in-one destination for gambling, dining and accommodations, there’s plenty to do in Miraflores. Check out the plentiful parks and gardens during your days or visit galleries and museums. Larcomar Mall is a great place to shop as is Parque Kennedy with its markets. Check out some pre-Incan ruins or just walk about enjoying the architecture. During evenings, hit up one of many available restaurants, bars or clubs. Wine and dine at the hotel or find your own quaint place in the city.

Gaming

The casino has 221 gaming machines comprised of slots and video poker machines. There’s an additional 40 tables games which include baccarat, blackjack, craps, mini baccarat and roulette. There's sufficient here to keep you entertained for a day or evening if you wish to stay on the property, but there's plenty to do in Miraflores as well between sessions.

Hotel/Accommodations

The Sheraton Hotel Lima sports 432 over sized rooms which feature air conditioning, balconies, flat screens with cable tv, internet access and 24 hour room service. You can find meeting rooms, a business centre, fitness centre, tennis courts, sauna and an outdoor pool as well. Ask about their massages and complimentary breakfasts as well. The hotel has its own lounge and eateries. Jorge Chavez International Airport is about 15 minutes away.

Dining

La Cupula serves lunch buffets featuring both Peruvian and international dishes, running Monday to Sunday, 12:30 pm until 4 pm. Ask about the Rodizio Festival: sworded roast beef brought directly to your table. For dinner, try Las Palmeras Restaurant, operating 24 hours daily (also serving breakfast and lunch), with their mixed buffets. Alternately, walk about the city and find your own special eatery, serving up authentic South American cuisine; there’s plenty in the district. Chat up hotel or casino staff about venues popular with locals or to meet your specific budget.

Entertainment/Nightlife

Hang out at Keno Bar, running Monday to Saturday, 4 pm to 2 am, dishing up appetizers and live music. Happy hour occurs daily 6 pm to 8 pm. Fridays bring you a dinner show entitled Colores y Sabores del Peru, featuring authentic Peruvian dishes and cultural music. Miraflores itself is home to several bars and clubs. Tour around and find your new favourite establishment and chat up the locals. During days, visit any one of several parks, gardens, museums, galleries and archaeological sites. Approximately 20 km out you can find Villa Club Golf Course. The hotel has a pool and tennis courts.
