Admiral Benavides Casino

Located in beautiful Miraflores, with its parks, beaches, gardens and shopping, you can find Admiral Benavides Casino. They only offer a very small amount of gaming machines, but after a long day of trekking through the city, you may enjoy an hour of light gaming inside the casino. They do have a bar, so you could grab a drink, spin a bit, and head back out into the city. The Spanish town of (San Miguel de) Miraflores was first established in the 16th century and received district status in 1857. The casino is actually rather small compared to many of its brethren, with only 3,788 sq ft and 65 gaming machines and one roulette table. They do however run 24 hours and have a bar on site.

There are no hotels on site however there is one a mere 0.2 km away from the casino. The Miraflores Suites Centro, 5 minutes from downtown Miraflores, offers rooms in singles, doubles, triples and matrimonial. Facilities include a conference room and a bar on the second floor. Wander around a bit and you're sure to find other accommodations within the city.

Dining

If you’re interested in Asian cuisine, there are two close options; Choy Tec and Kam Men, just across the street from the casino. Other nearby options include Bembo’s and Chilli’s. The hotel provides continental breakfasts. Alternately, tour the city and choose from one of several local venues or ask the casino or hotel staff for recommendations on good local eateries.

Entertainment/Nightlife

Simply referred to as The Bar, get drinks and light snacks at the casino itself, drink back at the hotel in the upstairs café, or check out nearby Mayta Restaurante Bar, 2 blocks from the casino. Miraflores itself is flush with bars and clubs, so you could simply walk about and choose one at random as well. During the day, visit Parque Kennedy, with its flea markets and exhibitions, shop at Larcomar Mall or check out the pre-Incan ruins in town.
