I had a business in Angeles City for 10 years and Casino Filipino was just around the corner. It's run by Pacgor, basically the Philippines equivalent to a gambling monopoly. With that said, I and many others do not have a high opinion of them as they have been known to be corrupt. With that said, there isn't much in the Philippines that isn't corrupt. The layout of this place is pretty good and they have a balanced selection of games, both slots and tables with small to larger stakes betting. If you are in the Philippines it's best to avoid casinos in my humble opinion. Trust is the most important when there is gambling so there you have it. Be sure you have transportation to take you to this location and also back to your hotel as it's in a rather dangerous part of town especially at night. During the day you are fine.
