During my recent visit to Muckleshoot Casino, I was impressed by the extensive gaming options available. Additionally, the variety of dining options, including a buffet and several restaurants, ensures that visitors have plenty of choices to satisfy their culinary cravings.However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. The casino's layout can be somewhat confusing, and clearer signage would enhance navigation. Overall, Muckleshoot Casino offers a diverse and entertaining experience, though addressing some operational aspects could further enhance guest satisfaction.

My favorite, that’s where I started playing casino, there was a time I came in with barely $20 and came out with over $1000 I only sat on one game spent over 3 hours in there from getting 20 cents to eventually $4

I like this casino but I gave it a lower rating than I probably would have a year or two ago because they got rid of a bunch of the old games they used to have which were my favorite and my reason I used to go often. I only go occasionally now and I noticed that not only did they get rid of a lot of games they also are very quick to take away any rewards or Freeplay as soon as I stopped spending as much. I don't get any sort of promo or rewards ever now but when I used to go at least once or twice a week they were giving me like $20 of Freeplay every week. If they started offering me even a little Freeplay I would probably go there at least once a week to use it but I go maybe once or twice a month now and I havent gotten anything free in over a year now.

Was my favorite casino at one point two days in a raw I would come in with no more than $15 and then leave with over $1000 I’m just sad they got rid of the old milk money machines and only have the new kind The are not the same

Yes same with me they got rid of all my favorite older games so disappointing I think there are at least 5 different older games they got rid of that were my go to games when I played there.

I was a regular player there and couldnt find my ID (which they are stricked about) i knew they wouldnt let me play without it so I was searching my boyfriends truck, I realllly needed to pee so I was going to run in and use the restroom, then go back outside and continue looking for my ID.. the BIG guy at the door saw me power walking into the casino and I thought he could hear me say "I'm just running in to use the bathroom" but I guess he didn't and tackled me.. he then tried to lie to the management and said he had already told me once that I wasn't allowed in without my ID. Which was not true.. I definitely know the rules and did not enter and talk to that man before he tackled me.. the management even gave me their "claims card". I guess I should have sued... but I didn't know how to get a lawyer or anything.. still liked this casino for the most part lol

Wow I can't believe they tackled you that's crazy! I always thought it was kinda messed up they don't even have any porta potty s or anything outside even though the parking area is so huge like that's a potentially super far walk all the way from your car inside to the bathroom there should be something more accessible.
