Encore shares the same dining options available at Wynn. If you’re a connoisseur of Asian cuisine, just wait until you taste the dishes at Wazuzu. Guests will first notice the 27-foot crystal dragon that stands watch over the dining room. One of the most famous dishes is the “drunken noodles”, which was featured Food Network’s “The Best Thing I Ever Ate”. The options seem endless in terms of dining at Encore and a great combination of dishes inspired by international menus is available in the buffet. This isn’t your average buffet as there are as many as 16 stations featuring live chefs preparing fresh delicacies including an array of vegetarian options.
