Slots-A-Fun Casino

Slots-A-Fun is a casino located on the Las Vegas Strip, in fact, it is the smallest such casino boasting only 17,700 square feet of gaming space. This establishment was originally owned by Carl Thomas, and individual with ties to the Kansas City Mafia, in the 1970's, but now it is adjacent to MGM Resorts' Casino Circus Circus and is operated by MGM Resorts. This location is only a separate casino from Circus Circus in the strictest sense of the term and operates daily from 10:00a-5:00p. There have been murmurings of plans to fully incorporate it into the main casino, but that hasn't happened yet. This venue, however, remains a unique Las Vegas Strip destination in that it offers arcade games, foosball, darts, pool tables and a smattering of big-screen TV's which makes it an ideal hangout for people looking to relax, play games and briefly escape the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip.

Gaming

There was a time that Slots-A-Fun was well known for having table games with the lowest minimums on the Strip, including $2.00 Craps and $1.00 Blackjack, we regret to inform you, however, that Table Games have not been offered at this venue since 2001. However, there are video table games such as Blackjack and Three-Card Poker available. This casino still features over 500 of the hottest slot, Video Poker and Video Keno machines in town, though, including some of the newest titles available. A rarity for the Strip, this casino features a Video Poker game that pays over 100%, and that is Aces & Eights, 100.25% at the $0.50 denomination.

Hotel/Accommodations

This casino in and of itself does not have hotel accommodations, but it is both owned and operated by Circus Circus, an MGM Resorts Property and Circus Circus does have a hotel along with their casino. Furthermore, this establishment is located in the Las Vegas Strip, so there is no shortage of hotels in the area.

Dining

This establishment does not feature a restaurant, however, there are a number of dining options available at Circus Circus, other MGM Resort properties and any number of other eateries in various Strip casinos.

Entertainment/Nightlife

This venue closes at 5:00p.m. daily, so there's certainly not much in the way of nightlife, but it is conveniently located on the Las Vegas Strip, so there's definitely nearby entertainment to be had.

Rewards/Deals

The machines at Slots-A-Fun all accept the Circus Players Club card from adjacent Circus Circus Casino. This card can be used to earn free play and Circus Circus has been known to send out offers and promotions to its players. It has gained something of a reputation for being fairly liberal with room comps given that it is considered one of the lower-end Vegas Strip casinos.
