A short walk from the infamous French Quarter, this casino has been a staple for tourists in the Qtr. They offer many comps, free play and a loyalty program based on comp-free wagers.

Harrahs casino used to be a great one with lots of jackpots available while playing the slots there. Ever since “Covid 19” and I use that term lightly, hit New Orleans , the entire economy has never recovered. Including this Casino. When I lived in New Orleans I played here almost every month. It was great. Last time I visited, the casino floor was completely empty. Could not get service for anything and the slots were tighter than could be thought possible! Like most casinos these days, this one is now GARBAGE!

I LOVE going to Harrah's every now and then when I play at a land based casino. The atmosphere is amazing as well as the decor being beautiful. Great dining, of course...SO FUN!

Wasn't as nice in New Orleans as I thought it would be, it was a little bit more rundown and I don't know if it's gotten better or not. It's been a long time. Hopefully it has, if it hasn't been I wouldn't go back because it reminds me of a depressing third world country. But that's just me, it could be different now. If you're going I just hope that you're enjoying yourself and recommend going shrimping. make sure you pay the guy to polish your shoes if you don't want to get robbed.

It was a welcome change from the video poker holes all over the state, the inside is beautiful and the variety and choice of games of course is top match

I love this place we take a trip every year just to go there although the whole no smoking inside anymore sucks and there are two little games outside to where you can smoke they should definitely expand that

On more of my USA adventures...I go to Mardi gras quite a bit in New Orleans and when I do I always have to make a pit stop at Harrahs. Got hooked on the casino at my moms in Tahoe and this Harrahs too. Same good service awesome dÝ©cor and food . The machines play nice . Makes for a very enjoyable day/evening . A must go...
