Overview
Lapilanders Casino is an online casino which is operated by L.C.S Limited, a Curacao based company with reg. no. C-64070 which holds a license to conduct online operations issued by Malta Gaming Authority under the number MGA/B2C/233/2013.
We would also like to mention that this online casino mainly focuses on clients coming from the Netherlands, German, Finnish, Norwegian and Canada regions…
…so with that said, what exactly can you expect when setting foot inside?
For those fresh punters, a welcoming package will be waiting at the casino doors, which will certainly ease those first few steps inside coupled with an impressive gaming library and even a separate betting section. So stay tuned, as we will expand more on these features in the further text…
…but now, the webpage
The overall theme of this hub, we must say, is a bit on a minimalistic side and the reason for this decision was probably so that the developers put what is of utmost importance in the foreground, which is the rich gaming portfolio. The coloration covers all the shades of blue which prove to be quite eye – pleasing and at the same time help when navigating through the content.
And as far as layout is concerned
Everything of importance can be found at the casino menu which stands on the left side of the page displaying several appropriately marked tabs which surely helps with navigation and goes well with the overall simplistic design. The main stage is reserved for the gaming library whose colorful titles break the somewhat monotonous feel of the site, while at the very bottom is where you will find all those helpful tabs which contain important information about the hub itself.
Keep in mind that beside the default English language, this online casino also supports Korean, Japanese, German, Norwegian and Finnish.
Customer support, what can you expect?
If any problem arises, players will have an opportunity of either going for the email option or live chat feature.
Might we advise in going for the latter method, as it is proven to be faster and more reliable. This feature can easily be found at the lower right side of your screen under the “counter bell” tab.
Also, be sure to check out their well–made FAQ page as it holds many helpful topics and starting information that will surely come in handy.
Let’s take a peek at the Promotions
If you are coming here for the first time there is a pleasant package waiting to be claimed as soon as you step inside the hub.
This pleasantry comes in the form of a bonus and it will be yours as soon as you’ve registered and made your first deposit.
Other than the mentioned, there isn’t a great deal of incentives aimed for the more regular clients except for the casino reload bonus, which may prove to be a nuisance, so we hope this changes for the better in the future.
Lapilanders Casino Test
The quest for tracking down the rotten apple among trustworthy and reliable online casinos continues! This time, Lapilanders online casino was put to the test, conducted by Bubbles12, thanks to whom we have already discovered many valuable pieces of information regarding gaming brands operations in the field.
It was the end of February, specifically 22 February 2022, when our tester entered Lapilanders aiming to register. To complete the first step of the research, and become an official member of Lapilanders, Bubbles12 needed to go through a 3-step procedure: to enter her login details and personal data and, after that’s done, to verify the e-mail address she entered in the registration form. Without any problems, our tester did everything she was required and became a member in a couple of minutes.
The next thing was depositing. On the same day, 22 February, Bubbles12 visited the cashier, and from multiple options, selected Skrill as the desired banking method. She deposited USD 200. To finish the transaction, she needed to confirm this action by entering a verification code she received via e-mail. Moments later, USD 200 appeared in her casino account.
Our tester wanted to complete the ID verification procedure as soon as possible, to avoid any potential withdrawal issues. She uploaded the front page of her ID, along with a phone bill, and waited. The T&C page indicates that it takes up to 72 hours for documents to be reviewed and approved. Bubbles12 wanted to make sure that she provided enough data for the verification procedure, so she uploaded one more file - proof of payment, the deposit she made via Skrill.
23 February: an e-mail arrived, informing Bubbles12 that she needs to send a screenshot of her Skrill wallet with all data visible. She did so, the day before, so she responded to the casino staff that the required action had already been done on 22 February. An answer from the casino came shortly after: the employees asked to see our tester’s phone number and e-mail address, visible on the left side of the Skrill wallet account.
On the following day, 24 February, the tester submitted the requested docs. But, instead of good news, she got a notification that she must patiently wait for documents to be accepted. She was tolerant, for the next four days. On 28 February, our tester's account was still unverified. Frustrated, she contacted the support department. The response from the casino came moments later: “it took a while for Lapilanders casino to approve the tester’s documents”, and the account remained unverified until March 1st.
Eager to start her gaming session as soon as possible, Bubbles12 began the gaming session as soon as she uploaded the required docs for KYC. She tried her luck on various games, including Monster Pop and Power of Gods Hades.
On 28 February, Bubbles12 wanted to cash out for the first time. However, she was not qualified for that request, since her account was still unverified at that point. The verification was completed on March 1st, so Bubbles12 asked for a withdrawal again, on the next day – 2 March - exactly USD 50 via Skrill. It took two days for Lapilanders casino to accept, process, and finalize our tester’s request. On 4 March, she had her money on her Skrill account. Interested in more details about this test? Banking Deposits/Withdrawals
- If cumulative deposits and withdrawals reach EUR2000, further verification procedures will be administered.
- Maximum monthly cashout limits are on the lower side.
- In case of larger winnings (over EUR30.000), the casino reserves the right to divide the payouts in monthly installments.
- Players with 1 deposit only will be eligible to cashout a maximum of x15 the initial deposit amount while all further winnings will be removed from the account.
- Casino might administer further fees when withdrawing from an account.
Games
Lapilanders casino acts as a betting hub and offers plenty of popular sport betting and it even has an e – sports segment as well. But for the sake of this review, we will focus more on the casino side of the story.
Players will be happy to know that the gaming portfolio offers plenty of popular titles which are powered by some of the well – known IGaming industry names like Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, BetSoft, Pragmatic play and more…
…so, let’s take a look at what they have to offer:
Slots – The Dog House, Big Bass Bonanza, Larry the Leprechaun, Wild Drops, Buffalo King Megaways, Stacked, Jungle Jim El Dorado…
Table games – American Gold Poker, Four Card Poker, Joker Poker, Baccarat, Classic Blackjack, European Blackjack, Gold Roulette, Casino Roulette…
Live casino – Lightning Roulette, Mega Roulette, Blackjack Silver, Speed Blackjack, Baccarat Live, Triple Card Poker, Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker…
…as well as a separate Jackpot section!
Loyalty Program
Unfortunately, we haven’t found any relevant information about the existence of such a feature.
Mobile Casino
It is good to know that the team behind this casino has managed to make this site optimized for the mobile gamers regardless of the platform, which means that no matter if you are an iOS or Android user, all your favorite content can be enjoyed on the go solely through your native browser and hear this, some of these games come in the demo versions as well!
Conclusion
Lapilanders Casino has some of the ingredients of the more serious hub currently on the market, a fine gaming portfolio, betting section and a fine welcoming incentive to name some, but it lacks in active promotions and a dedicated Loyalty club.
Should they amend some of these mentioned issues, we are certain that in future they might just reach that place reserved only for the “top dogs” of the industry!

Even for a verified account they will create a massively delaying KYC-process, asking for one additional document at the time, reversing your withdrawal to your playable balance each time. Standard procedure when a casino tries to make you give up and play out your balance instead.. And do not take a bonus here! Their T&Cs are full of "traps" that will be triggered if you win and try to cash out. If all else fails they just use "management decision". The Internet is full of bad reviews of this group. Play at your own risk!
