This casino has some serious "blocks" in place, such as asking questions as to how much you deposited on such and such date, which is a little much... specially when you can't get in to see what your previous deposits are. I have never gotten a code to my phone, which is necessary to ENTER. When I go to the live chat to try to get assistance with this, I have been asked the most ridiculous questions that one would NOT know offhand, and seeing as I haven't been able to enter, I will not ever know the answers to these questions. And these questions render the chat agents to tell me that I am not eligible to enter today, that I have answered the questions wrong, and that I should try again in 24 hours. I have once already told them to close my account, then a year and a half later decided I'd give it a try again, and guess what? THEY DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING. I HAVE YET TO GET IN! LeoVegas, guys - please rethink these questions, it is not Fort Knox, people would like to get IN to perhaps play, and this by far has been the most frustrating experience I have had in a long time. I cannot rate the casino itself, I have not made it in that far and it has been about 2.5 years. Wish me luck.

I have once already told them to close my account, then a year and a half later decided I'd give it a try again, and guess what? THEY DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING. I HAVE YET TO GET IN! LeoVegas, guys - please rethink these questions, it is not Fort Knox, people would like to get IN to perhaps play, and this by far has been the most frustrating experience I have had in a long time. I cannot rate the casino itself, I have not made it in that far and it has been about 2.5 years. Wish me luck.
