I know there must be thousands of others in the exact same boat; it seems like there should be some type of legal action that we can take as a group. I attended half of one year of law school, and of course this covered nothing regarding international gaming, however it seems to me that if a large group of US players that were owed money and/or ripped off by this "company", there MUST be some course of legal action. There is always a course of legal action. If anyone can help directly me in the right direction or have anything at all to add to what is essentially simply a generalization on my part regarding legal options, I implore you to please contact me and/or add to this thread. I signed up there some time ago because of a free chip offer. Couldn't claim anything, couldn't contact support. The download didn't work for a couple of days. When I finally made a deposit, lost it in a few minutes. Altough I can see people having good experiences there, I personally don't trust them.
