Owned by Milore Limited, Loco Panda is among the shady list of Revenue Jet clients, which also includes OnBling Casino, Grand Parker Casino, Classy Coin and Ruby Royal Casino. Despite having a casino rep onboard, the complaints began surfacing regarding delays in receiving payouts. It wasn’t long before the casino was finding excuses to deny withdrawals entirely and even introduced so-called “security checks”. Over the years players have been drawn to the large bonuses but they have predatory terms and conditions associated with them. In this case the offers were too good to be true.

Yet another player reported making an initial deposit and having their account locked for security reasons. The player received the following message from the Loco Panda finance department:
“Please be advised that we are unable to approve your withdrawal request for $121.
Please be advised that due to Terms and Conditions only one free bonus can be claimed on any account.
'Kindly note that you have used more than one free bonus.
We have reset your account balance and re-credited your account with your deposit in the amount of $21 in accordance with the casino’s Terms and Conditions."
The casino took nearly one month to process the refund.
One casino player’s account was closed in January 2014 and 6 months later his deposit had still not been returned. The casino rep was unable to assist the player and said it needed to be resolved within the finance department.
Withdrawals/Terms
Right off the bat, players are notified of a long withdrawal process with the following statement in #12 of the terms and conditions:
“Custom approval: Based on player status such as a VIP player, all withdrawals requested will be reviewed, approved or denied within 6 business days of the request being made.”
A six day review process is for VIP’s while the rest of the players are subject to a 10 day review process.
“13. Some bonuses may include cashout limits on winnings which are equal to 10 times the amount of a player’s deposit. The casino reserves the right to exercise this limitation at its discretion. Cashout limits will be determined by casino management according to a player’s level and recent account activity. Any account may be subject to review. While under review, any pending withdrawal request may be reversed with the requested amount returned to the player’s account.”

I don't know why this casino have only half of star here. I have good experience with this casino. I played here few times, I deposited and withdraw my money few times without any problem. I am not a big fan of their games but they offer great bonuses and that is reason why I played here. I will give them 3 stars.

I thought this casino was ok. I played the free chip but i have not deposited to them. The payout time on big wins is what gets me the most. Also i have seen some complaints but not to an extreme.

'Loco Panda' is a decent enough RTG casino, It's bright colourful and attractive to the eye. The no deposit bonus works well enough even though i won nothing. This casino is similar to onbling casino. The games are limited to RTG so it is one of the smaller sites but if this is what you want to play then by all means this...

I thought this casino was ok. I played the free chip but i have not deposited to them. The payout time on big wins is what gets me the most. Also i have seen some complaints but not to an extreme.

loco panda is another sweet and lovely site offering rtg games, there are very good games like golden lotus that can pay much in the feature on top of that they run many no deposit codes which are cashable and payouts here are working fine, 5 stars

I have an update to my previous post. I finally received my withdraw of $100.00 today in my account.. I originally requested my withdraw after the approval process around 6-16 and finally after several e-mails back and forth I got my funds today 7-29. I can no longer say that they don't pay, but this was a ridiculous amount...

I can no longer say that they don't pay, but this was a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I have e-mailed finance to make sure that I will not have to wait this long again. I really want to find a great RTG casino because the one I have remained loyal to for 13 years (Sun Palace Casino) is going down hill with customer service and since I never get lucky with them I don/t know how their withdraw process is. I am wanting to find anew one to be loyal to and I hope it is Loco Panda.

I deposited $20.00 with a 100% match and the offer of 100% cash back on my losses. I lost the deposit and claimed the 100% match. I actually played through and won. The restriction was only being able to withdraw 5 times the amount, the amount I won was $100.00. I sent in all the paperwork and was approved in about 5 days. At that point they allowed me to put through my withdraw. I submitted it and it stayed pending for over a week, at that point I got an e-mail offering me to redeposit it and get a 100% match with no restrictions. I declined that offer and asked to please honor the withdraw. Another week later they sent me an e-mail that I was not approved for the withdraw. 'Loco Panda' is a decent enough RTG casino, It's bright colourful and attractive to the eye. The no deposit bonus works well enough even though i won nothing. This casino is similar to onbling casino. The games are limited to RTG so it is one of the smaller sites but if this is what you want to play then by all means this...
