I dislike any casino with slow payout. I did scroll through the comments and i see some people have been paid although slow payout so there is that. At the end of the day if you are willing to wait ...i guess .
I have to say when I had my first withdrawal I was kind of nervous because it kind of looks like a sketchy Casino but they proved me wrong. It does take full 10 business days for them to pay you out but they do pay you out. It's just slow.

I would have rated lower if it was not RTG. That is the ONLY good thing about this casino. They will try to get out of paying you anyway they possibly can. I won 2,200.00 on Cash Bandits 3 but I never saw any of it. They claimed that I had broken some policy but I had only been a player at the casino for a couple of weeks....

I submitted another withdrawal request 3/19, and it only shows as submitted. customer chat quoted some crazy timeline like 7-10 business days to approve withdrawal and up to 30 business days to process. Email support, save for auto responses, has left me hanging. Crickets. As the reason I deposited again was because they were advertising faster crypto withdrawals, I hope to put some scoot in their boot. I like them very much, and they would earn my 5 stars if they would simply pay out in a more timely manner. Should they get thier stuff together, I would shout it to the streets, 5 stars, do reccomend, trust pilot, lcb cadino.guru, poker news ect. Deposited once or twice here and when it came time for my birthday bonus they said no dice despite sending me a offer code specifically for a bday chip. Basically this casino sucks on service and the games are the same tired lineup hard pass.

Why give them a "5/5", Give them a 0.1. This is a scam casino, and the way to rid the house of rats is by rating. If you truly despise this casino, change your rating. Otherwise, it's contradictory.
This casino is in my opinion close to being needing to be blacklisted. The terms are shady, the games are nearly impossible to hit on and if you win you will have to wait months to process a payment. That is if they even allow you to cash out. Beware with this casino!

When they first came out I did sign up for them using the NDB that they offered. I did not win anything but they kept sending emails out. Well low and behold I finally won and then was told I could not withdraw because of multiple free chips. I was only using what they were sending me.

They don't pay anything and they even took my extra "verification" deposit and no sign of ever seeing that again either!

This casino is in my opinion close to being needing to be blacklisted. The terms are shady, the games are nearly impossible to hit on and if you win you will have to wait months to process a payment. That is if they even allow you to cash out. Beware with this casino!

total rip off. They have given multiple reasons as to why they're not paying me the money I won even after deposit etc. They keep changing the story and regardless in the end, I'm out the money that I played in the casino. With crypto ! I got $100 withdrawel with crypto gave them 2 different crpyto addresses to send it to , but they said 7 days to review and ok the withdrawel , (today is the 7th day) so if they ok it i will get it in another 7 working days .
