Today (3/20/25) when I go to process the payout request, their system tells me, "Payout canceled by external system validations." When I attempt to reach support, I received someone by the name of Austin or Olive, over and over. Do not use this casino, they will not pay you out money even when all qualifications of a promotion are met. Terrible experience and I hope justice gets served to whoever is running this mockery of a casino.
