Rick was the support agent that helped me. I asked my question and he told me to look at the withdraw page. I told him that I already checked and that is why I am on support asking you. He did not respond to my question for a long while. During that time, I explained the reason why I wanted to know because of my bank etc and i want to make sure that I will be able to make a withdraw before I deposit. He did not answer.. I then said that it was bad customer service to respond to me automatically to go check myself. In my opinion, my experience at other casinos would answer any question even if it is written in terms of conditions. In this case, I was not able to view the answer to my inquiry myself and that is why I went on live chat. Rick was so rude. He ended the chat. My question was not answered. This is another RTG new casino which i dont trust at all.I used their welcome bonus wagered it and had problem till i got the money.It took me 2 weeks till they transferred it,i will never play here neither deposit again.

So far best looking RTG casino I have seen. Sadly I could not win anything from the no deposit bonus which LCB offered. but RTG is a beast to me, so good luck to others. They offer very high bonuses.

I Agree with yapro... seems a nice enough casino but only bank wire allowed for payouts. slow process which hinders playtime and enjoyment of winings. I never patronize casinos that do not make a conscious effort to get you your money quickly. They get theirs quickly.... why shouldn't we?
