Also the VIP program "resets" too frequently. I feel like once I earn that VIP level I shouldn't have to start from scratch every few months. I sure miss when they had a dedicated VIP team lead by Linda. She really went the extra mile for loyal customers!

LOL Also, if you do get your weekly loyalty spins, even if you claim them or not, they are only there a short time. I have had many instances where by the time I could play them, they disappeared.
