This has got to be the greatest and by far the worst casino I have ever tried out, I’m not talking about the wins though, I’m talking about the rate of speed in which the reels spun on every game literally made me wait 5-7 seconds after pressing spin and I’m talking literally I counted 5-7 seconds before the reels would stop and that is including whether or not you have quick spins on. There is absolutely the lowest variety of games and some of them I love I play em on other sites but I also play them a a speed greatly quicker. I literally turned my phone off and on and left to try em on other sites to make sure it wasn’t my phone. I read into their terms and conditions and looked at their average cash out times and pretty much don’t buy the feature if you have a active bonus although I did so I could use as much money as I possibly could to run away from the snails pace that site runs at. It was just ok. Couldn't win a dime playing with $150 freeplay. Kind of took the fun out of it. At least the anticipation of a little bit of a chance of winning would've been nice, but every spin was a liser. Didn't matter what game I switched to. It was over fast. Didn't encourage me to want to deposit real money.

After noticing that the 20+ interactions with customer service have been with the same rep *Ryan, a single employee may need every second of the 7-10 business days to respond. After my KYC documents were approved, I was asked to provide a bitcoin address(again?) to withdrawal to which I submitted to their email. A bitcoin address was required to submit the original request, asking again makes the first one pointless. Moving on, 7-10 business days later, they confirmed the addres was approved. Then 7-10 business days after, it was canceled after the freshness of a bill used for KYC verification expired. I sent a more current bill and 7-10 business days later, it was approved. Another request was sent to verify bitcoin address. Now, you’re all caught up

The site is set up decent and user friendly which I really liked. This site is also one of the sites that has the demo version of each slot so you can check out how the game looks without having to pay for it. I have found though will most sites that have the demos they may say that the demos run on the same odds as when you are playing with real money. But I have found that to be Not true at all. Most of the demos run with higher odds giving the customer higher and more winning hits than what the customer will get if they play the game for real money. The incentive of course is to make the customer think a game really is worth playing and that they have a chance of scoring big!!! Nothing could be further from reality than believing that!!! And this sites Demos were no different than the other sites that have the demo version of games. I still like the fact that they have the demo to try out the game because you can familiarize yourself with the game before playing for real money. And sometimes that is important. Also, you can tell if the game is going to be entertaining enough to play and not make you fall asleep while gambling!!! And believe me I have come across slot games like that!!! this casino does not payout. after going way beyond what any online has ever asked to satisfy the kyc, another deny withdrawal request. I've had issues with payouts before but in the end it has some sort of worked out. 1st time I've ever left a truly awful review. Ihow this place has such a high rating is beyond me?

trust is an important aspect when choosing a casino. Just because the MGM is a part of the name, doesn't mean it has anything to do with MGM GRAND. the spins are slow, and I don't feel comfortable depositing at this casino.

This is a good casino. I'm pretty new to it but haven't had a bad experience so far. Not my most favorite games or software but the casino atmosphere makes up for what the games and software lack.

Although the no deposit offer at MGM Vegas casino was dazzling, large, and enticing, bonuses of this size rarely perform well for players. This was no different. Each spin was slow, paused, and never winning. I would never put my real money into a casino that isn't even willing to let you win $1 on their money.

This site just earned a zero, and well deservedly so. I notice these names from the former Pamper Casino, Always Cool Casino... both were absolute trainwrecks run by Operia Group. Their KYC is an abomination, I regret sending them anything, and just froze my credit. Avoid this site.

Betsoft/Nucleus is definitely slow, as are the others. I'm okay with that. What I care about is fair gaming, extending my playtime. I do not like the $200 max deposit. I think that's ridiculous. I've never heard of a casino that only allows you to deposit $200 per gaming session. The verification/KYC is also ridiculous. I sent in my license and Credit Union statement... it was rejected because "they don't accept credit union statements" and to send my bank statement, which I did. I only use Crypto to deposit, and used the 700% bonus. The rollover was 30x. In their withdrawal screen, it shows the progress of your rollover. It said mine was $6000, and that I had played well over $10k, and that I met the wagering requirements. I went on live chat, sent him the screenshot and he said the rollover was $48,000. Right now, I'm giving the site a 2.5 rating/Average. I will update this over time accordingly. Note to casinos, dump the KYC process. It's nothing more than a delay tactic, and with identity theft at epidemic levels, it's not right to ask of this information, especially when a person is depositing with Crypto.
